Medium bodied with less tannin than some other Cabernets. This wine has characteristic tastes of plum, cherry, tobacco and vanilla with a silky smooth texture. It pairs well with red meats, flavorful and heartier (red) pastas, lamb, strong-flavored cheese, and chocolates (especially dark). Ruby red in color, this Cab is medium-bodied with notes of raspberry, pitted cherry, cinnamon and dark chocolate. Light acidity with a lingering finish.
